For a player to be successful, he or she must first learn to work, then compete, and eventually win.
How to Work:
23 hours of on-court training (weekly)
8 – 10 hours of off-court training (weekly)
Individual training program to ensure each players development
Peak Performance Workout Analysis completed by players and coaches
Private instruction with ATA coaches
How to Compete:
Specific point play to simulate tight situations in tournaments
Supervised match play with top national and ITF juniors
Individual meetings with coaches about specific strengths and weaknesses in competition
How to Win
Mental toughness discussions and training on the court
Individual meetings about goals and tournament scheduling to correspond with ability and challenge
Tournament play analysis sheet
Video analysis of tournament matches
Tournament travel team for sectional, national, and ITF events
